Summary

When the HCM Digitial Assistant Skill is pulled from the Skill Store and Extended to create a local copy, it is not possible to remove Intents directly. This article explains how they can be disabled

Content

UPDATE: Prior to version 20.04 of Oracle Digital Assistant Intents had to be disabled by modifying the Skill's flow.

In version 20.04 the ability to disable an Intent using the Skill's settings has been introduced.

The HCM, and other Oracle SaaS Skills each contain many Intents.  It may be that a particular implementation of the Skill does not need to be able to utilise all of the Intents, for example if they relate to an HCM module that has not been deployed.
