Multiple Contact Profiles or Persona in CDM

What is the best way to achieve multiple profiles or persona of Contact/Person in Customer Data managementContent
Hi,
Has anyone come across a requirement or solution around multiple contact profile / persona?
Say we have 1 Person: Mr. X with a profile such as Add 1, Phone 1, Email 1, Job Title 1.
Now the same Mr. X is working with 2 different Organisations in 2 different roles, contact details, etc.
Org A: Mr. X (Persona 1) with Role 2, Add 2, Email 2, Phone 2, etc
Org B: Mr. X (Persona 2) with Role 3, Add 3, Email 3, Phone 3, etc
We can create the relationships of Mr. X with these Org's but we will not be able to add the whole persona profile with different contact fields or roles or even communication preferences by persona.
