Employee Referral

As per our customer's hiring process, they open certain requisition only for referral and few are only for internal job movement. Now if any employee needs to do a referral he needs click on the job and use the Action - Refer a candidate or Refer an employee.
The customer wants to have a separate tile or space where they can publish these referral requisitions only. The volume of requisitions created for them is high and if the employee has to click on every job to know whether they can refer or not then the referrals go down.
