Organizational Goals HDL load failed in RUI

Unable to upload Organizational Goals with existing HDL template in RUIContent
Has anyone had any luck uploading organizational goals in RUI using HDL?
The attached template is what worked for us last year. When we tried using this after enabling responsive pages we received the following error message: "You must load organization goals as performance goals in responsive Goal Management. Before you do this, you must update the HCM Data Loader script"
Looking for a solution or a workaround.
***edit*** I have uploaded an updated .dat file to include the attributes GoalTypeCode and GoalVersionTypeCode, but I am still receiving the same error.
