Detect duplicate service request from customers

Hi,

Is there any way to detect dulplicate SRs from customer in oracle engagement cloud?

I have found similar SRs under Knowledge section in service request page. But it shows as some error "The search results for similar SRs can't be retrieved at this time. Try again later. (SVC-5295506)".

If anyone aware of this please help me.
