Fluid Recruiting - Candidate Quick Search Results List

I'm curious on other customer's thoughts about the results list when searching for a candidate in the quick search box (in the top right corner). In flex today, if you search by a candidate's name, username, e-mail, etc. the results show you all candidate records/profiles that are a match. In Fluid, it shows you all submissions that are a match. So if a candidate has 10 different active applications, I'm seeing 10 results in the list.  

I'm not sure how my recruiters will feel about this - I don't know if it's a good thing or provides clutter? I'm curious if other customer's recruiters have provided feedback. I know that with Fluid there is a "Find Candidates" button that just shows the candidate record, but that requires extra clicks and to specify a requisition to archive the results in.
