How to update ASL DFF for supplier supplier_site ship_to_inventory_org using FBDI or API?

We have a requirement to update ASL DFF programmatically. How can we update ASL DFF using FBDI or API?

Also noticed the ASL FBDI does not have a column for ship_to_inventory_org.

Please advice.
