Hi,

I added a IB asset to SR. When I save the SR, I got the following message,

Failed to validate all rows in a transaction.

<MESSAGE><NUMBER>SVC-5295277</NUMBER><TEXT>The specified product value is invalid for the service request business unit.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>

I have validated the business unit on SR and IB, they are the same. Here is the detail,

For IB asset, I checked the business unit associated to the IB asset operating organization (inv org). Value is US1.
