Procurement > Dashboards > Procure-to-Pay no 'Period' list of values

There is no value in the list of values for 'Period'

Hi,

I'm trying to open the seeded dashboard Procurement > Dashboards > Procure-to-Pay

But with any user I try (even ones with almost all access), the list of values for 'Period' is empty.

Anything I am missing?

Periods are open, available to work/post things.
