Performance History is not displayed in worksheet for Performance Documents with No Overall Rating u

Unable to display performance history in the compensation worksheet using delivered column

For performance documents, we do not have the overall ratings enabled and using only the overall goals and overall competencies rating. We would like to bring in historical goals and competency ratings to the worksheet and trying to leverage the delivered 'Performance History' column. However, we are not getting to display the prior years ratings using this delivered column (pls see the image). I suspect this is because we are not using the overall rating in performance but need confirmation. I don't see a way to bring the prior years goals and competency ratings into the worksheet using any of the
