User Adoption metrics help CRM stakeholders continuously measure the success of their CRM implementation. Using these metrics, CRM business leaders can obtain critical insights on how well the application is being utilized, and if user actions are resulting in desired business outcomes.

In User Adoption, two critical areas of measurement are user login and session activity (“resource usage”) and object activity. These metrics help CRM stakeholders spot patterns, find trends, and understand application usage.

In OTBI, the Sales – CRM Resource System Usage and Sales – CRM Object Activity subject areas represent these two areas of User Adoption.
