Misclassified Account not showing Reporting Ledger Balance for Correction

We have a situation where one natural account was setup as an Expense instead of Liability. 

We are following this Oracle note to fix: How to Correct Misclassified Accounts in Fusion R12 and Later ( Doc ID 2329807.1 )

However, though the account combination shows up in this report for correction(410-200185-00-000-0000-000-000000-000000-000000), there is no corresponding amount for this. Only thing different is that this particular combination was entered as a direct entry in Reporting USD Ledger. Not sure how this can be fixed since this report is not showing this amount. The other amounts were fixed successfully(Primary Ledger) after running
