20B Newsfeed UI Drops the Top Banner Productivity Hit

With the decommissioning of the classic UI and everyone required to move to the Newsfeed UI by 20B I'm surprised that I'm not seeing more forum posts and ideas on making sure that the user experience of utilizing the top banner of icons for users to navigate across isn't mentioned in customer connect. This is not just HCM but all modules. The teams that I can see impacted the most are payroll, core HR, Finance GL resource that deal with Journals, and Project Administrators. Payroll in particular will take a large productivity hit if every time they have to navigate
