Benefit Extracts Scheduling

We are trying to schedule Benefit Extracts and wondering how we can specify the effective date parameter.

Like in BI Scheduling we use syntax {$SYSDATE()$}. Is there any specifix syntax we can use for the effective date parameter while scheduling the Benefit Extracts.
