New Federal Tax Exemption - Dollar Deduction Option

We canntot get this new functionality to work in Payroll.

Content

After employees enter a dollar value and payroll executes the dollar vlaue does not get deducted. The Payroll dept. can see the amount in the employees profile but it does not get taken out.
