The procurement agents are users with procurement job responsibilities in any buying organizations. An active procurement agent for the Procurement BU with access to “Manage Supplier Qualifications” can access his own transactional documents and other agents’ setup objects such as Qualification Areas and Qualification Models. However, to access other agents’ transactional documents like Initiatives, Qualifications and Assessments, there’s an additional control to be granted - “None”, “View” or “Full” to the procurement agent.
