Today Drivers are a critical role to our Organization. To increase the flow of candidates and reduce the time it takes to match candidates to opportunities, we have started utilizing Sales Force as a lead generation and communication tool. We have a designated contact center who captures a minimal amount of information about a Driver, such as contact information, interest in types of driving jobs, and location/area preferences. Leads can keep in touch and get notifications on new openings and if they want help applying.
