There are no tasks listed in the my client groups / profiles / talent profiles screen



I am working on upgrading to the ETP but I am having trouble getting the administration pages to work.  Normally HR could go into My Client Groups > Profiles > Talent Profile to search for any users in the system.  After performing the migration I am no longer able to see any tasks on this page, it just has a small search box in the top-left and nothing else.

Is there a new screen or privilege needed for HR users to be able to search for employees talent profiles and add skills and qualifications through My Client Groups?
