Compare two fields from two different subject areas

Summary

I am trying to put a filter where I compare the Requisition country to an Employee's nationality but they are from two different subject areas and the output is coming wrong.

Content

Hi,

I am trying to put a filter in one of my OTBI analysis -

"Person Citizenship"."Nationality Code"<>"Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time"."Location"."Country Code"

The nationality code is from the Person Real Time Subject Area. Location Country Code is from Recruiting Real time Subject area.

The results shows a lot of cases where they both are equal.

Can we not compare two fields from two subject areas?
