We currently utilize user defined fields to populate our plans with the pay adjustment (aka merit) increase guidelines.

We use the dynamic column functionality to write conditions which then provide a column result for each performance rating. i.e. If performance rating equals Outstanding then give me 4.1% to 5.0%.

We are looking to expand our guidelines to be based on both performance rating and position in pay range, compa-ratio, etc. I can utilize the same functionality to achieve the desired results. i.e. If performance rating equals Outstanding AND position in pay range equals 25% give me 4.1% to 5.0%. However, I am wondering if there is some type of table we can utilize versus writing the conditions for each individual scenario.
