CEO should not be notified in email when his direct reports withdraws the submitted worksheet

Hi All,

We have a requirement when CEO's direct reports withdraw the submitted worksheet, it should not be notified to CEO instead it should be sent to the alternate approver as configured in the plan.

Please let us know whether this can be achieved through BPM Worklist or any other way?
