Candidate History Event Category defaults

Is there a way to default the event categories that display by default?

We've recently upgraded to 19D2 and this post is not Fluid related. We are still using the Flash UI. 

Since the upgrade, I've had a couple of users report to me that they are now only seeing 1 event category (Offer) pre-selected whenever they access the Candidate History tab.  Prior to this release, we consistently had some more of the categories pre-selected and they typically did not need to select any additional categories to see the general history - comments, etc. 

So having to to re-select categories every time they access that tab is not going over well.  Selecting all event categories on that selection page usually results in too much history, so they have to remember which ones were relevant.  I am able to replicate the issue as well.
