Hi all,
I am new here so please be patient with me. I am working with our HRIS (HR Information System) team-mates to create a Goals dashboard. Currently we have all of the basics, Goal Name, Start and Completion dates, priority, weight, Goal Details, etc.
Have you created other dashboards or reports? What do you track in regards to Goals Management? Does your organization track the number of goals entered by department? The status of goals?
