Goals flowing into Performance Documents

edited Mar 3, 2020 11:09PM in Performance Management 2 comments

Summary

Looking for some insight or best practices for Goals flowing into the Performance document.

Content

Hi all,

Historically we have not used the Goals Module, but we have used the Performance module. I am looking for some best practices or ideas of how to best do this, even lessons learned could be useful.

Some questions I have:

1) How much information comes from Goals into Performance Module?

2) Do you still have managers and employees provide a self-evaluation and manager evaluation?

3) Do you have different templates you use for performance appraisals? - We have 4 templates we use, employees are tied to a template based on their job code.
