System timing out when building punchout order

We are having issues with returning items to Fusion when building large orders via punchout catalog

Staff of mine have recently complained of problems when they are choosing a large amount of items from a suppliers punchout catalog. For example, they might be searching for and selecting 100+ items to be placed in to their basket. When they look to return the items to the purchase requisition in Oracke Fusion, it fails and they need to start again.

Would you say that this issue is caused by an Oracle Fusion system timeout? I know that the system does timeout when it is untouched for a specific amount of time (not entirely sure what this is).
