Retro Entries in Arrears
Summary
Is it possible to process retro entries in ArrearsContent
Hi,
Looking to get some direction on this one.
Use Case:
Employee enrolled in AETNA 1000 plan, go on a maternity leave and gave birth to child. Child birth is a valid life event to add dependent and elect different plan/option. Employee still on leave and contacts Benefits Administrator after 6 weeks, provides necessary paper work and changes plan to AETNA 500 (Both have different rates). Benefits Administrator processes backdated life event and complete plan change on week7. While processing week 7 payroll, System triggers a backdated change to element entry and triggers retro entries for 6 weeks.
