Users prompted to login and Get an Access Token when accessing the HCM Digital Assistant
Content
After enabling the HCM Digital Assistant, you may find that all users are being prompted to Login and "Get an access token" upon first interacting with the Digital Assistant.
This is caused by a version mismatch between the HCM pod and the version of the HCM Skill on ODA. If you have HCM 20A and are using a version of the Skill earlier than 20.01.16 then you will encounter this problem.
To resolve the issue, first, ensure you have pulled, and are using, the latest version of FADigitalAssistant from the Skill Store (version 20.01.06).
