Having an issue with pulling basic Recruiting Report

Trying to pull a basic Filled Report and not displaying all Filled Requisitions

I pulled in the Recruiting Events Real Time subject area and pulled in Job Requisition Number, Job Requisition Title and Current State from the Requisition folder.  I filtered on Current State = Filled.  I am only getting one requisition to display; however, when we look at existing Filled reports there are several that are not pulling into our new, basic one.  Is anyone else having trouble?  Not sure if this is user or system error.  Another administrator pulled same report and received same result.  I have attached the xml if anyone has time to try and see if they can load
