What Privilege / Duty role can give access to Talent Ratings for a Line Manager in 19D

Hi,

 

We use a custom Line Manager role and have dabbled with different Workforce profile related privileges and generated the grants but seems to be not working. It is working fine with the seeded Line Manager role though

Following privileges have been added to the custom role.

  • View Talent Ratings
  • View Talent Profile
