Cannot use the symbol '&' in the Posting Description section of the job requisition

Hi,

we found that the use of the '&' symbol in the external or internal job description of a job requisition (Posting Description section), causes an issue on the job requisition approval notification: the BI Requisition Approval report fails, and a blank page is displayed to the approver, who cannot see the job requisition details.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Do you know if there is a way to use this symbol in the job description without errors in the approval report?
