We would like to be able to send messages during the candidate selection workflow to referrers , agents and not only to candidate in a MANUAL way.
meaning , for example , send the referrer a message , manually asking for the candidate additional phone number, or the same send to the agent manually .
or to the recruiting user.
I created messages - delivery type - manual , and in the Message properties - in the 'TO' put the email (for example referrer.email) ,
then logged into as a recruiter and also as a system administrator , and to recruiting -> candidates
