APEX not working at OCI

Hi,

does somebody know what's the reason for APEX in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure at region 'Germany Central (Frankfurt)' isn't working respective is very slow in performance since yesterday 21:00?

Further where can i see the status of the components in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in such cases?
