Multiple Records are Returning in HCM Full Profile Extract for Person Profile in Fusion

Hi,

While Creating Person Profile Full Profile Extract and using some attributes from Employee Assignment  returning multiple records even using filters for active employees.

If any one can help with Any sample extract to any person profile ( Education , Memberships, Certification and Work Experience etc.).

Any help will be appreciable.
