Potential assessment rating model

using 5 questions.. How does it work?

Hi all,

I have configured the potential assessment rating model to have 5 rating levels tied to numeric rating 1 -5 and the assessment itself is 20 questions.in the review points section of the potential assessment rating model i defined 5 point ranges. *see attached image.*

For some reason when i score 90 points on the potential assessment it says i am level 5. I am not sure what I am doing wrong here. Can someone help explain?
