OIC REST endpoint Request xsd error for multi namespace xml - help needed

I have a multi namespace xml payload for which I am trying to create xsd's to use in a REST endpoint request payload.

I have managed to get all the elements working except for the last 3 (Name, Quantity, Type), where I am receiving an error: "ICS-10064 : An error occurred while preparing mapper object.  Invalid reference:"

Could someone please take a look at the xsd's I have generated so far and guide me as to what is wrong with what I have created for these last 3 elements.  Attached are the zipped xsd's and the zipped xml payload.
