Hello,

 

We were able to test this functionality earlier but we are seeing unexpected results wherein we are not able to retrive  the Notes at Plan or Combination or item level.

Is there some privilages required for Notes in 20A? Also we cannot see any icon to delete the notes.

Can someone help to point why this should happen?

Appreciate any pointers.

Resolution- User needs to be an employee for the notes to be used. Thiere was no message from system but inherently system needs the user to be an employee
