Here is my use case,

Customer has IB asset (item#A - serialized item) of SN#123

Customer opens a SR with SN#123 then creates a parts order in Part Detail with 'customer return' SAC to return a component (item#A1 - non-serialized & IB trackable item) of asset#123-1 in IB configuration for SN#123.

Is there any way I can specify the returned item is the IB component (asset#123-1)? I checked in parts details in SR, RMA in order management and expected receipt in INV. I am not quite sure where I can specify the returned IB component (asset#123-1).
