Absence Entry validation should trigger only for Employees

My requirement is absence validation should trigger with a custom message only for employees. When HR trying to apply through 'Manage Absence Records' it should not throw an error message.
I can use start date validation, but i need custom message to trigger. This i can't achieve through start date validation rule in Absence type Display properties tab. This rule triggering standard error message.
I created fast formula with type of Global Absence Entry Validation, but unable to restrict for admins. It is triggering in both employee self service and Admin pages as well. I tried to use PAGE_NAME (text) input in fast formula but no luck.
