Bell Notification (Approved) are not getting cleared

Hi Team,

I am observing below issue -

When invoice is submitted for approval, approver gets a notification for approve/reject. He/She approves/Rejects the invoices through mail. This notification gets cleared from bell notification once Synchronize notification in Global header programs runs. So this is Fine.

But once invoice gets approved, Initiator also gets a notification that Invoice has been approved. This notification does not get cleared from Bell icon even though Synchronize notification in Global header programs runs

Can someone suggest/confirm if it is intended functionality or not.
