History of bank account details are not tracked with respective effective dates

Changes on bank account details like account number, account type, bank, branch etc., are not stored as of effective date, they are overwritten instead of update.

Changes on bank account details like account number, account type, bank, branch etc., are not stored as of effective date, they are overwritten instead of update.

There are cases where the bank account data is being updated and the PPM page UI shows the effective start and end dates, however when viewing history (changing effective date on PPM page) it shows no attributes have changed and when viewing the data before and after the change the data is the same (i.e., showing the latest bank account details). Basically it is being overwritten instead of being updated.
