Summary

Inquiry of the standard behavior between ISP vs Invoice Imaging Source Invoices for Add Manual Line

Content

Hi Experts!

We have an inquiry about the comparison between the standard behavior of imported matched invoices from ISP (Internet Supplier Portal) and Invoice Imaging sources.

We understand that a payables user has the option to add manual invoice lines to a matched invoice that has been received and validated. But, as per our testing, invoice with source Imaging allows a negative (-) amount to be added to the invoice lines however an invoice with source ISP restricts the addition of the negative amounted line. We expected that both would've had the same behavior considering they had the same invoice information only with different invoice source.

Howdy, Stranger!
