TEE Recruiting CSW Issue in 19D

Hi,
Has anyone experiencing a CSW issue in TEE recruiting? We are currently on 19D, but not sure if upgrading our zone will be able to fix it.
I have created an SR (SR 3-22347716421) and notified Oracle Support a month ago and has no solution nor a date is given.
Issue:
- After creating and extending the offer > Change step/status > Revert to the first Step - Status Inactive
- Go to teh candidate profile > Other Submission > Active and Inactive - both has no recording showing
