    Hello Experts,

    I am trying to create Oracle IDCS Federation in OCI using REST API but not able to succeed. I get the Error 400. Using OCI console, I am able to create the IdP using same data but not able to automate using REST API. When I use console, it does not ask for protocol, metadataURL and metadata but for REST API, it seems mandatory attributes .Below is the payload I am Posting.  I did not find any example in our API document and  I am not clear on few things in payload specifically "metadataUrl" , and  “metadata”. There is no issues
