Candidate Documents Being Stored on Pending Worker and New Hire Records

What is the expected experience off the shelf for candidate documents to be transitioned to Core HR

We are planning to implement ORC this year and my client has asked for me to explain what is standard functionality as it relates to candidate information (resume, certifications, etc.) as well as the offer letter to be accessible from a pending worker and new hire record within Core HR. We intend to leverage an electronic signature vendor to capture acknowledgment for offers. But once the offer is signed where will it reside?

The desire is that we would enable HR and Payroll to have access to some of these documents as part of the course of doing business within Fusion. Additionally, as it relates to Onboarding documents, we would want all of these documents to be distributed to the pending worker/new hire for review and electronic signature and then stored on the worker record for access.
