Merge Functionality - Duplicate check

Merge - Not able to Merge with Current Contingent Worker

Hi Friends,

we have an issue right now with the Merge functionality. 

There is an Active Contractor and we are trying to Merge his/her Candidate record with the Active Contractor record. Merge Candidate is failing with an error saying Invalid combination.

This Contractor has a future dated termination. 

Could you please let me know if you have seen this issue , if yes what can be done to fix this issue.
