How to upload Comments for Performance Rating

Hi Everyone, I am trying upload the data for Performance Rating (Talent Rating) via HDL. There is ad field called ' Comments' for this also i want to upload comments as well. 

I am able to upload successfully data but I don't know how to upload comments via HDL.

 

Does anyone has uploaded the data with comments for performance rating. It will be very helpful.
