Workforce Trend Headcount by User Person Type

Summary

We have a requirement to trend headcount by person type. It appears the workforce trend real time subject area only returns the latest person type and not the person type on the period effective date

In terms of overall headcount, the work measures are accurate for FTE and Headcount.  I'm able to tie-out at a high level month over month with the workforce trend subject area.  However, our reporting requirements are one level more granular than this for a particular country requirement and where my troubles lie.  I need to be able to filter and show headcount metrics by what the user person type was at the effective date of the period start using the Workforce Trend Real Time subject area.  I can only seem to return the latest person type which does not allow me to
