Scheduling of the Instance during Off hours

It is to possible to schedule oracle instances for a specific time period in a day to reduce the cost in Off hours. Like in Azure and AWS we can auto start/stop by using automation but in oracle i am not able to find something like this.

Please help in this because we are doing this manually for our customer.
