Constrained Supply Plan not planning Forecast for Make Item(OPM Work definitions)

Summary

We have setup a constrained Supply plan. Release 20A. OPM work definition is setup in Mfg Cloud. External forecast for Primary product is collected using FBDI. Ran Supply plan, forecast is not planned

We have setup a constrained Supply plan. Release 20A. OPM work definition is setup in Mfg Cloud. External forecast for Primary product is collected using FBDI. Ran Supply plan, forecast is not planned.

Created another test item (buy from supplier). loaded forecast and ran supply plan. Forecast is planned by supply plan.

The External Forecast is attached to plan as Demand Schedule.

please share your thoughts and troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. please do let me know if we are missing any steps.
