Getting error while migrating Enhanced talent profile

Hi Everyone, I am trying to migrate an enhanced talent profile. I have mapped the fields and i have clicked on upgrade profile setup data, after clicking on that process is getting failed.  

Does anyone face the same issue? Please let me know how you have resolved
